Step 1: Getting Started
Admin/Agent Code – 888881
This 6-digit code is to be used only to change the settings on your lockbox and should not be given out. Giving out your Agent code may cause the parameters to be reset, causing your CodeBox to not work properly. Codes may not be all the same number (i.e. 222222).
Vendor/Door Code* – 44441
This 5-digit code** is to be used to open the door on your lockbox. Simply input the code, press “Enter”, then push down on the door to release. Codes may not be all the same number (i.e. 44444).
Shackle Code* – 55551
This 5-digit code** is to be used to open and release the shackle on your lockbox. Simply input the code, press “Enter”, push the shackle down (in), and then pull up to release. Codes may not be all the same number (i.e. 55555).
*The 5-digits of these codes cannot match the Admin/Agent Code.
**Do not use the same code for both Shackle Code & Vendor/Door Codes.
Failure to reset the factory-set CodeBox codes as outlined below prior to use could result in an unsecure lockbox.
